The Fund

Lucian manages a technology fund that backs New Space companies, alongside AI, blockchain, defense, energy and biotech startups, across all stages.

The fund was established by UnitedWē in the Sultanate of Oman in 2026, is managed by Eastward Capital and is domiciled in the Oman International Financial Center (OIFC).

The fund maintains a global remit, with a special emphasis on emerging markets.
